Located in North Fulton County, Sandy Springs borders the metro Atlanta perimeter, and is Georgia’s sixth largest city. Sandy Springs is served by seven public elementary schools, two public middle schools and two public high schools, most of which are charter schools. North Springs Charter High School, which is a Dual Arts and Science Magnet School, offers a challenging college preparatory program with 22 AP courses. NSCHS has been listed as a top school including a Georgia School of Excellence, Newsweek Magazine’s Top 500 Schools and U.S. News Outstanding School and Grammy Signature School.
