It’s not every day that you get one of the top sales professionals in America to negotiate your real estate transactions and get you from contract to closing with military precision.

After graduating with honors from West Point, Alisha ran relocation for Belgium, The Netherlands, and Luxembourg (The BENELUX) as an Army Logistics and Personnel Officer. After her military service, she began a medical sales career that encompassed both Georgia and The Carolinas. She won President’s Club, Top 10% of reps Nationally, 7 of 13 years in that field – an award most are happy to achieve once.

After marrying fellow West Point grad Terrance Houston and wanting to be more present for her husband and children, Alisha leveraged her logistical and sales skills to start her own real estate business. She started providing concierge real estate services to fellow Vets and busy physicians, and then grew into builder/new construction services and corporate relocation.

Alisha has climbed the equity ladder herself by leveraging her VA home loan benefits, and is passionate about helping other vets do the same. She also helps local Realtor colleagues gain comfort working with VA deals.

Physicians are often ready for their first home once they match with a residency program, and ready for a nicer home once they complete residency or fellowship and start practicing. Then they build their real estate portfolios from there, as real estate is often a safer investment than other choices. Alisha, The Real Estate Rep, has been calling on doctors since 2002 and makes the process as easy as seeing a rep between patients. Doctor loans and VA home loans are very similar.

When it comes to new construction, Alisha helps small builders scale their productivity and efficiency and helps luxury clients build their custom dream homes with every detail expertly managed. She is a CLHMS, a designation reserved for Realtors who are experts in the top 5% price points of their markets.

Alisha serves clients in both the Atlanta, GA and Triangle, NC markets of Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill, as both areas share many similarities that suit her skills set and client base. When not serving clients, she is an active member of her local church, devoted wife/sports mom, and Silver Life Member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
