4 Custom Build
With Confidence

Prior to closing on your new construction loan, you’ll approve a builder and sign-off on their construction contract and build budget and approve a final set of plans as provided by the Architect. Builders offer “fixed cost” budgets that, when coupled with proper project monitoring of contract requirements and the collection of lien and claim waivers, help homeowners build with confidence. Approval of a builder and banker with whom you are comfortable with building and financing your custom home is paramount.
